LiandaFiltration mobile filter skid is an integrated portable filtration unit designed for rapid on-site deployment and emergency treatment. The overall frame is made of high-strength carbon steel spray or 316L stainless steel. Modular filter elements or filter bag combinations can be selected according to working conditions to support a variety of media filtration needs. Through the integrated pipeline and self-priming pump system, only the inlet and outlet pipes need to be connected on-site to achieve rapid on-site filtration without the need to disassemble and install cumbersome pipelines.

FAQ
Please provide the processing flow, media type, filtration accuracy and on-site power/space restrictions, and we will recommend a suitable pump type and filter element combination based on the working conditions.
Supports automatic or manual backwashing mode, the PLC-controlled valve group can be switched at a fixed time, and filtration can be resumed after flushing without removing the filter element.
The equipment is equipped with Camlock quick-release connector as standard, which is compatible with common hose and pipe connectors; threaded or flange interfaces can also be customized as required.
