Monel Alloy Woven Wire Mesh

Monel alloy mesh is a metal wire mesh material made of nickel-copper alloy. Its main
component is nickel (63%-67%) and copper (28%-34%) . It has high strength
characteristics due to its single-phase solid solution structure.

Feature
The material has excellent corrosion resistance in seawater, acid medium (sulfuric acid,
hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid), alkaline medium and high temperature molten salt
environment, and the corrosion rate is less than 0.026mm/a at 600℃.

Application
The application cover chemical equipment (hydrochloric acid production pumps and
valves, heat exchanger), offshore engineering (seawater desalination equipment, oil
platforms), and nuclear industry uranium refining facilities. The product specifications
span a range of 8-300 mesh, and can be processed using weaving techniques such as
plain weave, twill weave , and Dutch weave .

Weave Pattern:
plain weave, twill weave, dutch weave.

Product specification
It is classified by mesh into coarse woven mesh (≤80 mesh) and fine woven mesh (> 80
mesh). Standard width 1000-2000mm, length 30000mm. Typical parameters include:
40 mesh :wire dia 0.21mm/pore size 0.425mm
100 mesh:wire dia 0.10mm/pore size 0.154mm
200 mesh:wire dia 0.05mm/pore size 0.076mm
Special specifications can be achieved by changing the weaving method. The fine weave
can increase the pore accuracy to ±0.01mm.
