Ses parois pr\u00e9sentent une r\u00e9partition uniforme de nombreux pores microscopiques, ce qui permet aux gaz ou aux liquides de passer \u00e0 travers tout en retenant les particules solides.<br \/><br \/>Caract\u00e9ristiques principales<br \/><br \/>\u00b7 Allie la haute r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique, la r\u00e9sistance aux temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion des m\u00e9taux aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 aux fluides du papier filtre.<br \/>\u00b7 Se caract\u00e9rise par des tailles de pores r\u00e9glables (allant de quelques microns \u00e0 plusieurs centaines de microns), une porosit\u00e9 comprise entre 301 et 601, et une excellente perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air.<br \/>\u00b7 Peut \u00eatre soud\u00e9 et usin\u00e9, ce qui facilite sa transformation en assemblages \u00e9tanches.<br \/><br \/>Mat\u00e9riaux courants<br \/>Acier inoxydable, titane, alliages \u00e0 base de nickel, bronze, etc. Le choix du mat\u00e9riau d\u00e9pend des exigences en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature et \u00e0 la corrosion.<br \/><br \/>Principales applications<br \/>1. Filtration de pr\u00e9cision : s\u00e9paration gaz-solide et liquide-solide dans les secteurs de la chimie, de la pharmacie et de l'agroalimentaire, notamment pour le d\u00e9poussi\u00e9rage des gaz \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des catalyseurs.<br \/>2. Distribution de gaz\/barbotage : t\u00eates d'a\u00e9ration dans le traitement des eaux us\u00e9es et distributeurs de gaz dans les lits fluidis\u00e9s, produisant des bulles fines et uniformes.<br \/>3. Insonorisation et r\u00e9duction du bruit : silencieux pour les \u00e9vacuations d'air comprim\u00e9 et les composants pneumatiques.<br \/>4. Dispositifs anti-retour de flamme et protection contre les explosions : fabrication de dispositifs anti-retour de flamme tirant parti des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d'extinction des flammes des structures poreuses.<br \/>5.
