En fonction des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res utilis\u00e9es, elles sont principalement class\u00e9es en deux grandes cat\u00e9gories : les plaques filtrantes en poudre d'acier inoxydable fritt\u00e9e et les plaques filtrantes en treillis m\u00e9tallique d'acier inoxydable fritt\u00e9. Les plaques filtrantes en poudre fritt\u00e9e sont produites \u00e0 partir de poudre d'acier inoxydable comme mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re, qui est consolid\u00e9e par frittage \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature ; \u00e0 l'inverse, les plaques filtrantes poreuses en treillis m\u00e9tallique fritt\u00e9 sont fabriqu\u00e9es en empilant plusieurs couches de treillis en acier inoxydable tiss\u00e9 et en les frittant dans des conditions de haute pression et de haute temp\u00e9rature, les mailles de chaque couche \u00e9tant d\u00e9cal\u00e9es afin de cr\u00e9er une structure \u00e0 gradient de taille de pores.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-84ae907 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"84ae907\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re des plaques filtrantes en treillis fritt\u00e9 poreux est le treillis m\u00e9tallique tiss\u00e9, elles offrent la m\u00eame plage de pr\u00e9cision de filtration que le treillis lui-m\u00eame, pouvant atteindre 1 micron au maximum. En revanche, la pr\u00e9cision des plaques filtrantes fritt\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de poudre n'est pas limit\u00e9e par les contraintes du tissage du treillis m\u00e9tallique, ce qui permet d'atteindre une pr\u00e9cision de filtration allant jusqu'\u00e0 0,45 micron.
