Drawer-style design
The wire mesh demister pad is loaded on a slide-out frame, similar to a drawer demister pad. There is no need to remove the entire tower cover, making maintenance faster and safer.

The multi-layer wire mesh structure provides abundant collision and coalescence channels, easily intercepting 3-5μm droplets to ensure clean gas downstream of the tower.

Sì, il design modulare del filtro per cassetti di LiandaFiltration rende estremamente conveniente la sostituzione in loco, che di solito può essere completata in 3 minuti.

È sufficiente aprire lo sportello laterale o rimuovere la piastra di pressione per estrarre il cassetto demister in rete metallica per la pulizia o la sostituzione, senza fermare la torre o interrompere il flusso.

Se si utilizzano gas chimici convenzionali, si può scegliere l'SS304; in ambienti altamente corrosivi o con acqua di mare, si consigliano telai rivestiti in SS316L o PTFE per garantire una stabilità a lungo termine.
