Conhecer a máquina de marcação a laser

OVERVIEW

Lasing Marking Machines are device that uses a laser beam to permanently mark various materials. The marking effect is achieved by evaporating the surface layer of the material, revealing the underlying layer, and thus creating exquisite patterns , logos and text.
Laser marking machines can be classified into : CO2 laser marking machine, Semiconductor laser marking machine, Fiber laser marking machines and YAG laser marking machines.

Laser marking machines are mainly used in some occasions that requires higher precision and finer details. Such as electronic components, IC, electrical appliances, mobile communications, hardware products, tools, precision instruments, watches and clocks, jewelry and accessories and so on.

PRINCIPLE

Laser marking machine use laser beams to mark surfaces  of different materials permanently .
The marking effect is made by two ways: either the surface material is vaporized by laser energy , or energy caused physical and chemical changes to the surface.
This reveals the material underneath, showing the patterns and words we need to etch.

MAIN COMPONENTS

1.Laser
The core light source. Main types:
1-1.Fiber laser (1064nm): usually works for metals, plastic and ceramics. It has a long service life and high efficiency.
1-2.CO2 laser (10.6μm) : Main used for non-metals (woods, leather, glass, acrylic).
1-3.UV laser (355nm): More used for high –precision or heat -sensitive materials . like electronic parts, plastics and so on.
2. Galvanometer System
A precise motor that controls the laser beam’s direction, enabling high-speed dynamic marking.
2.Control System
Driven by software. Supports importing vector graphics, arranging serial numbers and automatic coding. e.g., DataMatrix, QR codes.
3.Cooling system
Air cooling or water cooling. Ensures the laser works stably for a long time.

ADVANTAGE

1.Non -contact processing: No cutting force or strong heat effect, keeping the original precision of the workpiece.
2.Flexibale and efficient: fits the needs of industrial mass production.
3.High automation: Connects with CNC technology, allowing easy design and editing of words, signs and patterns to meet the needs of modern production.
4.Eco-friendly and widely used: NO pollution, works on many kinds of materials and makes long- lasting, high-precision marks.

HOW TO SELECT A RIGHT EQUIPMENT

1.Mateiral Matching
(1). Metals/Hard Materials – Fiber laser Marking Machines
(2). Wood/Leather/Glass- CO2 laser marking machines
(3). High sensitive materials- UV laser marking machine
2.Accuracy Requirements
(1). Regular marking: 20W-30W fiber laser machines
(2). Ultra fine marking (e.g. silicon wafers): Choose UV or green laser machines
3.Production Environment
For automated production lines, select models that support industrial interfaces (e.g. Ethernet PLC)
