Metal perforated plate corrugated packing is a structured packing with the advantages of large theoretical plate number, high flux, low pressure drop and low load. It is made of neatly arranged mesh sheets pressed into a corrugated shape with a corrugation angle of 30° or 45°, and the corrugation directions of two adjacent sheets are opposite. When the packing tower is filled, the metal perforated plate corrugated packing on the two trays is staggered at 90°.
Metal perforated plate corrugated packing is generally used for atmospheric distillation, vacuum distillation and the absorption process of heat-sensitive or difficult-to-separate substances.
