Drawer-style design
The wire mesh demister pad is loaded on a slide-out frame, similar to a drawer demister pad. There is no need to remove the entire tower cover, making maintenance faster and safer.

Efficient droplet capture
The multi-layer wire mesh structure provides abundant collision and coalescence channels, easily intercepting 3-5μm droplets to ensure clean gas downstream of the tower.

Yes, the modular design of LiandaFiltration's drawer demister pad makes on-site replacement extremely convenient and can usually be completed within 3 minutes.

Simply open the side door or remove the pressure plate to pull out the wire mesh demister drawer for cleaning or replacement without stopping the tower or interrupting the flow.

If conventional chemical gases are used, SS304 can be selected; in highly corrosive or seawater environments, SS316L or PTFE coated frames are recommended to ensure long-term stability.

When the pressure drop exceeds the initial value by 30% or the separation efficiency drops below 95%, it can be withdrawn for inspection and replacement to ensure optimal operation of the system.
