This product is suitable for complex working conditions such as strong acids and alkalis, corrosive gases, and waste gas treatment, and is a common choice in environmental protection, chemical, electroplating, chlor-alkali and other industries.
Compared with traditional metal demisters, PP wire mesh demisters are lighter, lower in cost, and have excellent corrosion resistance. They can efficiently intercept droplets and mist, thereby protecting subsequent equipment and optimizing system operating efficiency.

The recommended upper temperature limit for polypropylene is 90°C. Exceeding the temperature may cause structural deformation. If high temperature conditions are required, please consider stainless steel or PTFE as an alternative.
When the separation efficiency drops significantly or the pressure drop increases significantly, it may be caused by blockage. You can try cleaning first. If the performance does not recover, it is recommended to replace it.
Yes. Polypropylene can be washed with water or alkali solution without corrosion damage, and can be recycled many times under normal use conditions.
