The corrugated wire mesh demister is a highly efficient corrugated wire mesh demister designed for towers and gas-liquid separation equipment. It is made of multiple layers of corrugated stainless steel wire mesh or synthetic fiber wire mesh stacked in an interlaced manner. Through special weaving and molding processes, regular gas-liquid collision and aggregation channels are formed to achieve efficient capture of fine droplets. Whether it is a spray tower at room temperature and low pressure, or a chemical reaction system at high temperature and high corrosion, it can provide a stable and reliable demisting effect.

High-efficiency demisting performance
The multi-layer wave wire mesh mist eliminator structure allows gas and liquid to collide and aggregate multiple times, quickly remove fine droplets, and ensure that the downstream system is dry and clean.

Low pressure drop design

Application scenarios

LiandaFiltration can provide professional selection calculations and free solutions for selecting mesh material, wire diameter, wave height and thickness according to tower diameter, gas velocity, droplet concentration and operating temperature.

It can be cleaned with a low-pressure water gun, or PTFE materials can be immersed in ultrasonic and neutral detergents. After cleaning, it can be restored to its performance by drying naturally.

Typical installation height 50–150 mm; under normal operating conditions, it is recommended to inspect every 12–24 months and replace every 3–5 years.
