Pleated Metal Mesh Filter Cartridge is made of high-strength 316L stainless steel wire mesh, which is refined through a multi-layer folding process. It has the dual characteristics of high-efficiency filtration filter element and high-temperature resistant metal filter element. Compared with traditional fiber filter elements, the metal mesh structure is more stable and can be repeatedly cleaned and regenerated under harsh working conditions, meeting the strict requirements of chemical, petrochemical and other industries for precision metal filter elements.

First use low-pressure backwash or high-pressure water gun to rinse from the inside to the outside, then soak it in a neutral detergent, and finally dry it before reuse.

The pore size is selected based on the particle distribution in the medium and the allowable pressure difference (ΔP ≤ 0.2 bar). It is generally recommended to conduct a small batch process verification first.

Under normal operating conditions, the metal filter element can be recycled and cleaned hundreds of times, with an average service life of 3-5 years.
