LiandaFiltration tubular liquid distributor adopts porous tube array design, through precision punching or welding process, to form a continuous and uniform liquid distribution channel, widely used in distillation towers, absorption towers and washing towers.
Gravity type distributor: relies on the liquid level difference to achieve uniform liquid distribution through the small holes at the bottom of the tube;
Pressure type distributor: uses the pump pressure head or high-level water tank pressure to spray to the packing layer in a hole-flow manner.
Gravity type is further divided into:

Product Features and Benefits
Pipe-type distributor
Closed structure, funnel inlet with wire mesh filter to prevent solid blockage;
The liquid level pipe is higher than the liquid distribution hole (≥ 50 mm), and the horizontal error has little effect;
The distribution point has good directionality, especially suitable for plate corrugation and wire mesh structured fillers.
Double-layer pipe distributor
Two sets of liquid level pipes/liquid distribution pipes, the upper and lower layers are started in sequence to increase the spray density;
The operation flexibility is large (1:8), which can adapt to large fluctuations in flow.
Pressure type distributor
Using external pump pressure or water tank pressure head, the structure is simple and the footprint is small;
Precisely control the spray intensity, suitable for liquid-liquid extraction and gas-liquid distribution;
Filters are required at the inlet and outlet to prevent solid blockage under high pressure.
Product application industry
Petrochemical distillation tower: crude oil fractionation, styrene recovery and other high-demand gravity distributor occasions.

FAQ
When the tower diameter is less than 250 mm, a crosshead distributor can be selected to ensure the same number of distribution points.
There is a slight "starting critical point" that requires operation above or slightly below this flow rate; the unstable section can be avoided by adjusting the liquid volume on a daily basis.
It is necessary to reserve a pump room or high-level water tank interface, and install filters on the inlet and outlet pipelines to ensure that the pore diameter is ≥ 5 mm to prevent clogging.
Determined by filler type: wire mesh corrugation ≥ 300 points/m², plate corrugation ≥ 100 points/m², bulk filler 50–100 points/m²; pore size ≥ 3 mm is optimal.
