FAQ
High levels of suspended solids or viscous media can accumulate in the pores. We recommend using a pre-filter or reducing inlet concentration.
We recommend online high-pressure backwashing (3–5 bar) or chemical cleaning (alkaline or acid wash). Avoid ultrasonic cleaning, as it can damage the microstructure.
Titanium itself is highly corrosion-resistant, but surface deposits can build up. Regular cleaning and periodic passivation will help maintain performance.
Titanium cartridges are lighter and more corrosion-resistant than stainless steel but come at a higher cost. They’re ideal for highly corrosive or high-temperature applications.
Make sure O-rings or gaskets are clean and undamaged, apply even torque, and avoid metal-to-metal contact that could scratch the cartridge surface.
