What is sintered mesh

The sintered mesh is made by single or multi layer wire mesh bonded together at a specific temperature and high pressure. After sintered all the wires of the mesh will be no displacement and move even under a high pressure. And the shape of mesh is permanently fixed will not fall off or move even under high pressure.

The mainly material of sintered mesh is SS316, ss316L. But for special environments, it also can be made by other spepcial materials such as : INCONEL, HASTELLOY, MONEL, DUPLEX and so on.

It has excellent filtration accuracy, mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, processing performance, and can be regenerated after washing.

  1. Structure composition:Standard sintered mesh is made by 5 layers  :protective layers, control layer diversion layer and 2 reinforcing layers. It have a stable structure and mechanical strength .
  2. Standard size: 500*1000/ 100*1000/ 600*1200/ 1200*1200/ 1200*1500 any other size can be customized.
  3. Thickness : standard thickness 1.7mm (for 5 layer standard oe )2mm/3.5mm (can be customized)
  4. Material: standard size SS304, SS316L, 904L, Hastalloy , Duplex and other materials which are resistant to corrosion by acidic and alkaline .
  5. Cleaning types: The sintered filter is a surface filtration, it can be reused through ultrasonic cleaning, backflushing or chemical cleaning, and has a long service life, thereby reducing maintenance costs.
