Bag filters and cartridge filters use filter elements such as bags and cartridges to intercept contaminants. Types of Self-cleaning filters
- Automatic scraper type: After the filter material of the automatic scraper type self-cleaning filter is covered with impurities, the automatic scraper should be used to wipe the inclined surface of the filter material, scraping away the impurities from bottom to top and returning them to the water tank. It havestable performance, remarkable cleaning effect and the replacement of the scraper is simple and convenient.
- Spiral rotary type: When the spiral rotary self-cleaning filter is being cleaned, the filter element rotates automatically. Through the spiral structure, impurities are scraped down from the filter element into the cylinder and then discharged through the drain port. Itis suitable for various scenarios, features fast cleaning speed and takes up little space.
- Automatic reverse flushing type: After the reverse flushing type self-cleaning filter selects different precision and specifications of filter elements, the high-pressure water flow generated by the reverse flushing water pump washes away impurities from the filter material, keeping the filter always clean. It is suitable for filtering various liquids, has a good cleaning effect and can improve work efficiency.
