- Backwash Mode
- Pressure difference trigger or timer trigger: when the impurities accumulate inside and outside the filter screen to form a certain pressure drop, (usually be preset, such as 0.05-0.08Mpa), the sensor of the pressure difference send a signal. Or according to the preset time period,the control systems automatically initiates back washing.
- Operation of the drive : the electric or hydraulic mechanism is activated causing the suction scanner (or sewage valve)to rotate more, precisely aligning with each filtration unit.
- Reverse back wash: at this time, the systems use a series of valve switches to cause a small portion of the clean outlet fluid to flow in reverse through the blocked filter unit. This reverse high-speed flow will dislodge the impuirties adhering to the inner wall of the filter and draw them into the suction scanner trough the discharge pipe and finally be rapidly expelled from the system through the discharge valve.
Always on line: the whole back washing process is carried out sequentially for each individual filtration unit,and the duration if only a few seconds to a dozen seconds. The main process of the system remains continuously running, with no significant fluctuations in flow rate and pressure.
