filter element
High temperature resistant sintered filter element: 316L stainless steel, titanium alloy and ceramic materials, can operate stably at 200-600 ℃ for a long time. High porosity & uniform pore size: filtration accuracy 0.5-200 μm, gradient structure design to reduce clogging. Washable and regenerable: supports online high-pressure backwashing and chemical cleaning, with a service life of up to hundreds of cycles.
Industrial Filters
Diverse configurations: cartridge, bag, basket and automatic backwash filters, covering 0.2–200 μm levels. Low pressure loss & high throughput: Optimized flow channel design, pressure drop reduced by more than 20%, supporting large flow continuous operation. Intelligent monitoring options: built-in differential pressure gauge, automatic cleaning valve, linked with PLC/SCADA to ensure "zero downtime" maintenance.
Tower Internals
High-efficiency tower internals: fixed valve disc, floating valve disc, slotted liquid distributor, gas distributor, liquid collector and other full range of plates and distributors. CFD optimized design: slot, tube and feed distribution device have been numerically simulated, and the distribution uniformity is less than 5%. Modular installation: drawer type and assembly structure, supporting quick installation, quick change and online maintenance.
Structured Packings
Stainless steel mesh: single/double-layer wire mesh, metal perforated plate, corrosion-resistant coating, surface area 250–700 m²/m³. High separation efficiency: porosity ≥ 98%, pressure drop as low as 0.1 mbar/m, energy saving 15–20%. Anti-fouling & anti-vibration: continuous corrugation and diverter slot design, suitable for vacuum distillation and solid-containing conditions.
Demisters
Multiple material options: corrugated wire mesh, PP wire, PTFE wire, nickel/titanium wire mesh, glass fiber mixed wire mesh, etc. Efficient droplet interception: demisting efficiency ≥ 99%, low pressure drop, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance. Convenient maintenance: drawer-type and modular design, support online replacement and backwashing.
- High porosity and large specific surface area: the porosity of all sintered filter elements, structured packings, and wire mesh demisters is ≥98%, and the gas-liquid contact surface is 250-700m²/m³;
Controllable precision and low pressure drop: the pore size range of 0.5-200μm can be customized, and the pressure drop is reduced to 0.1-0.4mbar/m, taking into account separation efficiency and energy consumption;
High temperature and corrosion resistant materials: 316L/304 stainless steel, titanium alloy, monel, PTFE/PP and other materials, suitable for -70℃ to 550℃, strong acid, strong alkali and solvent conditions;
Anti-blocking self-cleaning, modular maintenance: using corrugation, punching, wire mesh or multi-layer sintering and other processes, with good self-cleaning performance, support online backwashing and fast replacement;
CFD optimization and customized design: combined with numerical simulation, ensure uniform gas-liquid distribution (deviation <5%), and can be customized on site according to tower diameter, flow, temperature, pressure and other conditions.
