Real non-stop backwashing with built-in multi-way backwashing nozzles, combined with self-cleaning water filtration technology, the flushing process does not need to disconnect the inlet and outlet pipes to ensure the continuous operation of the production line.
Intelligent monitoring PLC control and differential pressure sensor real-time linkage, when the differential pressure reaches the set threshold (such as ΔP ≥ 0.3 bar) or according to the preset time interval, can automatically start the backwash, greatly reducing the manual intervention.
Energy and Water Saving The precise blowing design makes each cleaning consume only 20% of the water volume of traditional backwashing equipment, taking into account both efficient cleaning and resource saving.
Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant
The filter element is made of sintered stainless steel or agglomerated fiber material, combined with electrochemical polishing of the inner wall, resistant to chemical media scouring, service life of up to 5 years or more.

FAQ
The touch screen interface allows users to freely switch between timing mode (e.g. every 4 hours) or pressure differential mode (e.g. ΔP ≥ 0.3 bar) to flexibly adjust according to working conditions.
LiandaFiltration adopts multi-point spraying and buffer valve design. The pressure fluctuation during the flushing stage is less than 5%, which has minimal impact on the downstream system.
Under normal water conditions, the filter element does not need to be replaced frequently. It is recommended to replace it every 12-18 months. The PLC system will also prompt a replacement reminder based on the number of cleanings.
The equipment is equipped with adjustable feet and non-slip pads. It is recommended that the ground be flat and a 0.5 m maintenance space be reserved around it. No special foundation is required.
