LiandaFiltration UPVC filter housing is designed for light industry and water treatment. It is made of high-quality food-grade UPVC material, which is acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, UV-resistant and not easy to age. The compression molding process ensures uniform housing strength and tight interfaces. It can be matched with a variety of filter elements (filter elements or filter bags) to meet the needs of fluid filtration in various scenarios such as household water purification, agricultural irrigation and chemical wastewater pretreatment.

Super corrosion resistance
The UPVC body shows excellent tolerance to media in the pH range (pH 2–12), is not easy to scale, and is lighter and more resistant to oxidation than traditional stainless steel filters.

FAQ

The maximum applicable temperature of this UPVC casing is 60 °C. If the working temperature exceeds the upper limit, a CPVC or PVDF casing can be selected.

When the inlet and outlet pressure difference (ΔP) exceeds 0.2 bar, or the water output drops by more than 20%, it is recommended to replace the pleated filter element or filter bag in time.

Standard NPT American thread interface, BSPP British or quick clamp (Camlock) interface can also be customized for flexible installation.

As UPVC has good resistance to salt water, it can be used for seawater pretreatment, but it is recommended that the seawater temperature does not exceed 45 °C and that it is flushed regularly to avoid biofouling.
