FAQ

If the operating temperature is > 350 ℃ or the medium contains corrosive sulfides, Inconel Sintered Metal Filter Elements are recommended; in conventional high-temperature steam and acid-base environments, 316L is usually sufficient.

Depending on the increase in differential pressure (ΔP) and changes in production, it is generally recommended to clean the system when the differential pressure exceeds the initial value by 0.2 bar; under stable operating conditions, deep cleaning should be performed every 6-12 months.

Both 366L and Inconel materials comply with USP Class VI and FDA-related metal material safety regulations; after surface electrochemical polishing, they can meet GMP, 3-A and other sanitary requirements.
