When the inlet-outlet pressure difference (ΔP) exceeds the recommended value of 0.3 bar, or the water flow rate drops significantly, the filter bag can be replaced; it can also be replaced regularly every 3-6 months according to the production cycle.
Support customized filter bag materials (polypropylene, polyester, PTFE, etc.), interface forms and volumes to meet high temperature, high pressure or strong acid and alkali environments。
Some chemical-resistant filter bags (such as PTFE) can be reused after multiple chemical cleanings, while traditional PP/PE filter bags are recommended to be replaced once.
