The porous metal disc adopts advanced powder metallurgy sintering process to sinter 316L stainless steel powder at high temperature into a disc structure with uniform interconnected pores. The sintered metal disc has both the mechanical strength and precision filtration performance of metal materials, and can be used in a variety of process scenarios such as gas-liquid distribution, gas diffusion, microfiltration and pre-membrane protection. With its stability and reproducible cleaning characteristics, LiandaFiltration’s porous metal discs are widely used in the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and food and beverage industries.

Uniform pore distribution
Each stainless steel porous disc is precisely sintered to form interconnected channels to ensure uniform fluid penetration and eliminate dead corners and bias flow.
High mechanical strength
Metal sintered structures are more resistant to impact, pressure and vibration than fiber membranes or plastic filter membranes, and are particularly suitable for metal mesh disc applications under harsh working conditions.
Wide working condition compatibility

raw material
LianDaFiltration always insists on selecting uniform raw material powder to produce each sintered filter with large pore size, high tensile strength and temperature stability in the future.

powder filling
The isostatic pressing filling process is used to achieve uniform powder density and eliminate pore defects.

High sinterability
High temperature sintering under vacuum argon protection improves the tightness of micropore connection and enhances pressure resistance.

CNC machining
Through CNC turning and grinding, the filter element geometric accuracy is maintained at ±0.02 mm to meet high-precision filtration requirements.

The laser welded joints are delicate and smooth, with no risk of leakage, which improves the sealing reliability of the filter.

FAQ
Depending on the maximum particle size in the medium and the permissible pressure drop, 1–5 µm is suitable for fine filtration and 10–20 µm is used for gas distribution and spraying. LiandaFiltration can provide selection support and testing services.
It is recommended to use reverse high-pressure water flushing combined with chemical immersion or ultrasonic cleaning on a regular basis; for highly contaminated conditions, cleaning should be done once a month or after every 500 hours of operation.
In conventional chemical media, the service life can reach 3-5 years; depending on the working conditions and cleaning and maintenance, the replacement cycle can be flexibly extended or shortened.
