The porous metal disc adopts advanced powder metallurgy sintering process to sinter 316L stainless steel powder at high temperature into a disc structure with uniform interconnected pores. The sintered metal disc has both the mechanical strength and precision filtration performance of metal materials, and can be used in a variety of process scenarios such as gas-liquid distribution, gas diffusion, microfiltration and pre-membrane protection. FAQ

Depending on the maximum particle size in the medium and the permissible pressure drop, 1–5 µm is suitable for fine filtration and 10–20 µm is used for gas distribution and spraying. LiandaFiltration can provide selection support and testing services.

It is recommended to use reverse high-pressure water flushing combined with chemical immersion or ultrasonic cleaning on a regular basis; for highly contaminated conditions, cleaning should be done once a month or after every 500 hours of operation.

In conventional chemical media, the service life can reach 3-5 years; depending on the working conditions and cleaning and maintenance, the replacement cycle can be flexibly extended or shortened.
