Titanium powder filter element has unique excellent performance due to its high-tech material composition and special molding process. Titanium powder filter element made of irregular powder of high-purity titanium or titanium alloy is mainly used in separation and filtration in petrochemical, liquid medicine manufacturing, water treatment and other industries.

FAQ

High levels of suspended solids or viscous media can accumulate in the pores. We recommend using a pre-filter or reducing inlet concentration.

We recommend online high-pressure backwashing (3–5 bar) or chemical cleaning (alkaline or acid wash). Avoid ultrasonic cleaning, as it can damage the microstructure.

Titanium itself is highly corrosion-resistant, but surface deposits can build up. Regular cleaning and periodic passivation will help maintain performance.

Titanium cartridges are lighter and more corrosion-resistant than stainless steel but come at a higher cost. They’re ideal for highly corrosive or high-temperature applications.

Make sure O-rings or gaskets are clean and undamaged, apply even torque, and avoid metal-to-metal contact that could scratch the cartridge surface.
